Can YOU help to make a difference in our community?
Rebuilding Together, a national organization that strengthens communities by providing low-income homeowners with critical home repairs through the work of volunteers, will soon have a La Porte County Affiliate!
Our very first workday will be in May of 2015! The work day will involve numerous volunteers working on homes in targeted areas of La Porte and Michigan City. This work day will become an annual event and La Porte County will be a part of over 10,000 Rebuilding Together projects that happen in our country every year!
We are ready to get to work, but there is much to do in the planning and start up of this venture. There will be insurance costs, start up fees, promotional expenses, and mailing fees, just to name a few. We need to secure donations from community leaders, businesses, and the people who care about seeing the transformation of homes and buildings in our neighborhoods through the efforts of Rebuilding Together.
Rebuilding Together La Porte County greatly appreciates your consideration of a donation, at any level and will recognize your contribution as listed in the attached flier. RTLC also accepts matching gifts and stock transfers, as well as donations through employee giving and matching gift programs.
Through Rebuilding Together La Porte County, YOU CAN help make a difference in our community that will be transformational for the homes and lives of our neighborhoods!
